Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test certificate must be issued in English, Kazakh or Russian.

This does not apply to:

• passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days and at most 6 months before arrival. The vaccination certificate must be issued in Argentina, Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Canada, Czech, Ecuador, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Moldova (Rep.), Mongolia, Montenegro, Peru, Philippines, San Marino, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Turkey or United Kingdom; or
• passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose at least 14 days before arrival. The vaccination certificate must be issued in Argentina, Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Canada, Czech, Ecuador, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Moldova (Rep.), Mongolia, Montenegro, Peru, Philippines, San Marino, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Turkey or United Kingdom;
• passengers younger than 5 years.
