There are 3 major mobile operators:

• Telcel (by América Móvil);
• Movistar (by Telefónica);
• AT&T Unidos Mexico.

There are also many virtual networks, such as Bite, Virgin Mobile, Cierto, weex, Aló, Flash Mobile, Oui Movil, Maz Tiempo and QUBocel.

The most advantageous offers:

• Bite, rate for 200 pesos (20 GB for 30 days) – works only with Android;
• Unefon (AT&T), 50 pesos (3 GB / 10 days) -– it will be 150 pesos and 9 GB for a month.

Offers can change, please, check before the actual pricing plan before bing a SIM-card.

Where to buy?

• Bite. Only available at Walmart stores, including Superama, Bodega Aurrera and Sam's Club. Activate at the checkout counter.
• Unefon. The Unefon SIM card is a personal AT&T card, but you cannot buy it in AT&T stores. You can buy one at most Tοpοrk shops, at Electra convenience stores. Look for the Unefon nameplate on the yellow background.
• Telcel. You can also buy Telcel at the cash desk of the grocery stores, like OXXO and 7eleven.
• Movistar and AT&T are only available through the company's own stores.
