Relocation of employees

List of documents for registration of employees:

• valid passport (more than 1 year, but preferably at least 2),
• a certificate of no criminal record (electronic, you can translate and certify it in Cyprus, if you do not have paper on hand by this moment),
• notarized translations of diplomas,
• for spouses, an additional notarized translation of the marriage certificate and its original, -for relocation with children, an additional notarized translation of the birth certificate and its original.
• If children are traveling outside of a full family, then a notarized consent of the second parent of the child is required.
• For children over 14 years old - a certificate of no criminal record

Citizens of the Russian Federation do not need an apostille of documents. Documents issued by other states require an apostille.

Foreign employees of the company can apply for a residence permit.

The residence permit is issued for 2 years. Their family members (spouses and minor children) receive a residence permit for a year without the right to work (so far so far).

In parallel with the submission of documents for a residence permit, blood tests and fluorography are taken.

All this is submitted to the immigration service, where fingerprints and biometric data are taken. After that, a receipt with a number stating that you are registered is given. The main card is made for a month or six months, depending on the workload of the immigration service.
